NA-010 Board Members Agreement

The NANDTB Rules of Governance document NA-004 details the duties and responsibilities of each Board member. Board membership is conditional on the acceptance by the member to be bound by the Rules of Governance and other relevant policy documents, in particular the confidentiality of the Board’s deliberations. Release of information from the Board is only by the authority of the Chairman. This requirement is not to inhibit the transparency of the Board’s activities, but rather to ensure that decisions and outcomes are communicated clearly and as a consensus view of the Board. Additionally, adherence to the Rules of Governance should ensure that no member may use his/her position on the Board for personal or commercial gain.
The Secretary shall retain the original signed copy in the Membership file.
By signing the agreement below the member commits to adhere to the stated objectives of the Board and its Rules of Governance.
